My experience with Nissan McKinney wasn't bad at all. Price could have been a little lower. My Rep Kabin was very professional and knowledgeable.

Friendly service advisor but lousy customer service. My factory tire with 4879 miles was flat and wasn't able to be repaired. My extended warranty didn't include tires. The brand new tire had hazard warranty but the factory tire (purchased 1-1-24) that came with my brand new Nissan Rogue SL didn't come with a warranty? Shouldn't Nissan or the dealership have stepped in to stand behind their tires?
