I was in the dealership to get an oil change on a Chevy I bought used from Midland Nissan. Because the car was not a Nissan there was a short wait while the filter was ordered. I didn't realize this, though it makes sense, so I was upset by the time the filter got there. I expressed this dissatisfaction to the service department and the sales manager. Daniel greeted us right away. He got us in the 2015 Rogue that we wanted with the payments we wanted. This was the quickest vehicle we have ever bought. In and out within 1 1/2 hours. Great Salesman. I went to see what was available in Maximas to replace mine (recently gone to car heaven). I found just what I wanted with Daniel's help. This is my third Nissan Maxima and my second bought from Daniel at Nissan of Midland! They're easy to work with and I trust them. As a woman alone that's important.

I did not even consider getting a new car till Thurs night. That night I found the Midland Nissan pre owned section on their website and found several cars that would work for me. I went to look for options for a new Nissan and left with a new car. I felt the sales rep was fair, listen to me, was not pushy, and didn't assume I was ignorant because I was a woman there by myself.
Randy Castaneda was very helpful with helping us find the right vehicle, we were very impressed & appreciated all the help. They even stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of! We could not have chosen a better place & we will definitely recommend him to family & friends! I love our new car & so glad we decided to go to Nissan!
