"Vehicle recall experience" The service staff was very cordial and professional. They were very thorough with the explanation and reason for the recall. The work was done in a timely manner and was completed in the amount of time that was given to me. The facilities are very clean and customer friendly.
"Good efficient service" Quick turn around and professional staff. Car was kept clean and was returned on time as discussed initially. Price as initially discussed. Facilities were accommodating.

"Are You Kidding Me" I had a great experience at North Olmsted Nissan, I was impressed to meet Mike D. as he is right there in an office right by the sales floor and he interacted with me , it was fun. My sales person Ben was very knowledgeable and help me have an enjoyable experience.

Your service personnel identified the problem quickly and it was resolved quickly at a reasonable cost. Thank you very much. One other thing: How come only mileage is put on the next service ticket? what happened to a date?
"Great Service " I went for my first tire rotation and oil change since purchasing my SUV. They were very nice and professional. Due to the coronavirus and my immune being compromised, they even used wipes i brought and cleaned the handles and steering wheel to make sure i was safe . Thank you for going the extra mile .. It's much appreciated and shows you truly care.
