In December of 2021 I leased a Leaf from Nissan of Sacramento. I'd never leased before, but had reached a point in my life where leasing made more sense than buying. I was also very interested in going electric, but didn't (and still don't) want to fully commit to any particular car while the technology continues to advance so rapidly. Carlos made my car leasing experience very easy and smooth! He was very attentive and helpful also answered all of my questions. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was set up for me by the time I got to the dealership, as I was from Hawaii, moving to California.
This is my second car leased from Nissan. As always, the customer service in all departments (sales, finance, service) was excellent.
