Carlos was easy to work with. Very personable and made our purchase easy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased.

I started coming for service here in 2009, with my first car, Nissan Maxima. Since then I leased or bought here at least three cars. My recent lease is Nissan Ariya. Carlos was very personable and knowledgeable about our vehicle. He explained all details in an easy to understand manner. He also explained all purchase documents. We appreciate his salesmanship, and we wiill definitely do business here again in the future.

Nissan of Sacramento provided a preliminary estimate of cost and time when provided with a description of the problem. After I decided to make the repairs, the part was ordered and in the next day. The potentially complicated job took only one day and was equal in cost to the estimate. Staff was courteous and enthusiastic regarding their ability to get the job done on time.
