Tires not rotated and inspection incomplete. Noticed that rear taillight was out while being driven out of car wash. Multi-inspection did not catch that. Also paid for tire rotation and it was not completed.

"Replacement of a vehicle " I am giving this rating to a salesperson named Frederic only, unfortunately had not the best experience with the service received at this particular location. Fred was very helpful, friendly and professional he kept me updated with the communication he sustained with the agent that hundled my case at the Corp. while doing the replacement of my old vehicle.
Went to look at possibly purchasing a Toyota truck they had. We had looked at it on line and decided to go and see it. We arrived and as we did a walk around on the vehicle found that the tail gate was smashed in and there was a large tear in the driver's seat. Of course, none of this was mentioned in the add or was in any of the pictures. We then sat down to discuss the vehicle.
