I gave this dealership a call for an all weather floor mats for my 2008 Nissan Frontier NISMO Crew Cab. Terry had no sales or customer service etiquette at all. His attitude sounded as if I was bothering him. It sounded as if he was sighing the whole time we were talking. He failed to introduce himself first of all, I had to ask after he gave me a high quote. Side note, on my first call I had to hang up while I was on hold so that I can answer another call. The sales team at Maita Nissan is as slick as they come. The failed to go over the sales contract on a 2007 Infiniti G35 I purchased. They refused to quote me the interest rate, and when I went over the sales contract the following day, they screwed me with a super high interest rate of 7%, as well as a few other sticking points. If I could, and I will try, to take back this automobile. Now I know why car salesmen are considered sleazebags. I will never buy a car from ANY dealer ever again, as long as I live!!
Purchased a Nissan Altima. First salesman nice enough, but when you don't want any options or when in the middle of negotiating, you will be redirected with a very hard sell manager, who is quick with the "shell game" of fluffing prices. This was the most frustrating experience. Finance manager Kenjan not helpful and also has quick answers that do not necessarily fully answer your questions in a helpful manner.
