went in for my first oil change on my new car. From the minute I arrived I was greeted with pure politeness. From the minute I arrived, I was told exactly what they were going to do and instructed me where to go to enjoy coffee and donuts. I was very comfortable and it did not take long at all. Very pleasant experience.

The staff at San Marcos Nissan are courteous and friendly whether you are calling with questions or shopping at the dealership. I purchased my car with the help o Erika Mc Kinney. During the sale, she was honest, gave me accurate information, and answered my questions, I appreciated the fact that she was respectful of my time and handled everything efficiently. It was easy to contact her after the sale to get answers to a couple of questions. I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a car.

Came in today just to shop around, Alex helped my wife and I found a vehicle with everything we were asking for. Alex worked with Jasetin and did some serious magic came back with with numbers lower than what I had originally expected. Transmission went out, they arranged fory vehicle to be picked up, provided a loaner car. Great communication and service. They called and let me know service they would provide.
Oversold my vehicle to me by 5000 dollars. Can't refinance for lower payment for the car they sold me apparently deprecated more then 5000 dollars in 8 months. Talking to hope I feel a little bit better about the experiance at Nissan. Thanks for the info on my car.

Purchase of a 2015 Honda Civic Desmond was the sales person we dealt with. Great experience. Desmond was not "pushy" in any way....answered all our questions what I considered accurately. He has a pleasant personality which adds to feeling comfortable. Very polite. Good overall experience.
