I live in Hutto, Tx, which is about an hour drive to Nissan of San Marcos. I drive to Nissan of San Marcos because of the "Excellent," customer service I receive here. And the Assistant Manager, Ray Rivera and the entire Nissan service staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. And maintaining my car maintenance is the number one priority for me so why not take it to a Nissan dealership I can trust!
I have to say I was very impressed with the customer overall treatment. We are greeted by a nice guy named Oscar whom I had talked to on the phone after my online inquiry about the used Sentra's they had. Oscar got right to the point and had the keys to 2 of their cars for us to check out. There was none of that spill of going back to their desk to answering a 100 questions, no he knew what we were looking for and was very informative about the cars we were interested in. My experience was great! I walked in on a Friday afternoon and of course all banks were closed, so I wasn't able to drive off in a new vehicle (which was expected). However, I was able to apply and configure some numbers around. But then the following morning, I went back and we finalized some things and I was able to drive off in my new vehicle.
