Good service however parts are way overpriced and prices need to communicate upfront not lastminute

Christian has provided me all the information I need about my new car. He is excellent! I also had very good experience with Nissan Torrance. The process is straightforward and didn’t give me any problems. I will recommend this place to any looking for new Nissan cars.

If they show you a dirty car and tell you they washed it, can you trust that they did the work they claimed they did?

We do have a process after service is completed, and your advisor should have made sure your vehicle was clean before making that statement. We do have a 3rd party company taking care of our car wash department and also in the process of making changes to better serve our customers. This doesn't reflect Torrance Nissan in anyways. However my 2012 Murano with mear 52700 Miles required CVT Transmission replacement and Air Conditioner Blower had to be replaced as well. I ended up spending close to $ 6K. I called Nissan North America who were not much help, although there is a Class Action Law Suit for the Transmission Issue, they ignored stating that my Car is passed Warranty period.
