I've been going to Nissan of Torrance for some time now and everytime I go I experience the best service possible from Manny who takes care of me whenever I have anything wrong with my car. I always will come back because of his phenomenal service.
Every single time that I have visited this dealership somebody always greets me in a timely manner. Service is always prompt, and should there be an expected delay, I am always informed ahead of time. Chris always provides exemplary service!
Very professional and honest except for Mendez Jones requires lots of training in how to deal with customers, how to respect and be ethical to customers and more efficient in returning customer calls
My service rep Rick was great. They inspected the car quickly, communicated the repairs and then had the car repaired quickly. I was very happy.
Solid assistance and interaction with the service coordinators, however risks related to service (transmission fluid replacement) were not outlined by Service coordinator. In this case the transmission began slipping following the service. When looked up on line (post service) I found this could be a result of doing the fluid replacement. This would have been helpful to know before the transmission service was initiated.
Our service advisor, Paloma Buenrostro was very helpful, and clearly offered options and advice regarding our questions. Service was completed in a timely manner. Thank you.
