They do their best to make sure you have a really good experience while you are there waiting during your service, keep you apprised of the work being done or needing to be done, and do their best to work with you to achieve the optimal technical service outcome for a good price. Excellent customer service.

My service advisor Richard Burns was friendly and informative. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car which was helpful in planning my day. My mechanic, Bryan Moreno, did a great job. I no longer hear all of the noises that I was hearing, and the various warning lights that were on are now off.
Richard was very helpful and polite. Explained the procedure and about how long it would take for repair.
