My new 2022 Armada demo started to sound like a semi truck so I took it into the dealership and worked with Rick Burns. I mentioned that I also had an issue with my audio unit skipping stations when I toggled between the pre-set stations. His guys were able to identify a faulty fan clutch and a audio reprogramming for the radio. I went to Nissan of Torrance yesterday for a battery replacement. The Service Manager, David was awesome and had my car repair fixed in no time. David gets it and is personable. He cares about the customers and listens to your concerns. Nissand of Torrance gets my vote.
When I called they were quick to arrange an appointment for me and welcomed me kindly into the service center. They were timely with the work and even gave my car a complimentary wash. They didn’t try to haggle me into purchasing more expensive service and were fine with me declining extra services I thought were unnecessary.
