My service manager Manny was friendly and did a great job explaining my repair options. He also located the recall bulletin quickly and explained that the prior owner had already completed the repair. I’m not sure why Nissan sent me another notice since it ended up alerting me unnecessarily.
The team is amazing Estephan, Diana & Miguel Rock! They were awesome from the time I arrived until closing the deal.
