Each time I'd come in for an oil change or service, he remembered me and we talked. I look forwarded to doing my next purchase with Charlie! Really enjoyed the service here. Salesperson Shahin was very friendly and transparent with everything and made my wife and I comfortable. The dealership is a bit small but the did have a large variety of vehicles to choose from and the staff was super sweet. We were nervous going into finance because of a previous bad experience but the finance manager was equally as good. Thank you
Sold warranty for auto nation fully knowing the would be moving the next month. Now have to pay deductible for warranty. Could not get anyone to talk to me from finance the whole 4 hr I was there. Not very good customer service, should be able to transfer to Nissan warranty at no charge.
