They Finished service when promised. Offered me any thing to make my stay to make me more comfortable and washed my car for free

Chris was very effective in checking me in and getting me on my way. Customer service was great, I knew approximately when my car would be ready for pickup and I got a text when it was ready.

Richard was fantastic! He explained all parts of the process clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was also great to get my car washed after service, really appreciated it!

I scheduled my appointment the day prior and everything went as planned, Jimmy (my service representative for the day) kept me updated on everything that was going on. He was generous enough to show me a video of what he seen as well as what he recommended. The fact that he didn’t proceed with any costly repairs without my consent is what amazed me. Nissan Of Torrance has great staff ready to support your car needs.

I was impressed with how smooth the process was from getting information, to booking an appointment, to getting the service done. The day of the appointment was better than expected. Thank you to Chris for getting me checked in quickly and getting my car back to me quickly. The technicians took care of more than I planned. Happy to get everything done in one visit.
