Christian has provided me all the information I need about my new car. He is excellent! I also had very good experience with Nissan Torrance. The process is straightforward and didn’t give me any problems. I will recommend this place to any looking for new Nissan cars.

If they show you a dirty car and tell you they washed it, can you trust that they did the work they claimed they did?

This doesn't reflect Torrance Nissan in anyways. However my 2012 Murano with mear 52700 Miles required CVT Transmission replacement and Air Conditioner Blower had to be replaced as well. I ended up spending close to $ 6K. I called Nissan North America who were not much help, although there is a Class Action Law Suit for the Transmission Issue, they ignored stating that my Car is passed Warranty period. This was my first time at Nissan Torrance, we recently relocated from Las Vegas, NV. Had following issues: 1. Car wasn't washed when it was delivered for pickup after completion of service 2. Car had a 'Service Engine Soon' light on! Had never seen that light before. For both the issues, had to return to Alisha's desk to have it corrected. Every time I bring my car in for the routine maintenance it is a pleasant experience. I have never been made to pressured to accept the upsell maintenance. Every service advisor I land with has been knowledgeable and kind.
