My service advisor Capri, was extremely knowledgable about my vehicle as she explained what was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. I was able to get the necessary repairs done for my Nissan Altima, free of charge. Torrance Nissan has the friendliest employees but Capri really went above and beyond for me. Thanks again Capri.

Everyone at this dealership was very kind and very upfront and honest with every question I (and my parents) had about moving forward with the car that I knew I wanted! It was an easier process than I was annticipating and I was able to drive it off the lot day of. The team even followed up with calls to thank me for my time and I feel confident I can go back to them with whatever questions or issues I have in the future.

It just seems to take a long time for the car to be serviced. An oil change (which was not the purpose of the last visit) should not take over 2 hours. I felt fortunate to be dealing with Richard, though. Very competent
