We ordered for a funeral service. They used a third party delivery who did not find the entrance to the church, which was clearly marked on a sign. Our arrangement arrived after the service was over, (2.5 hours late) which is pointless. We tried to refuse and the driver would not take it back. This scam shop takes valentine floral orders and then cancel the order last minute the night before Valentine’s Day. Who can get an arrangement delivered THAT late?! Plus they charge your card.

Delivered to the wrong address, had to go get them from the address(apartment complex next to mine) they sent them to and awkwardly ask for my flowers. Refused to acknowledged they sent it to the wrong address, even though I think I know where I live lol. I couldn’t figure out where they could have been until the next day, after my birthday.
