This is a wonderful medical practice. The office is beautifully designed and decorated and creates a calming atmosphere. Dr. El-Refai is highly professional, caring , and courteous. Her staff shares those qualities. I highly recommend this practice. William Holko

Dr. Refai does a good job of explaining the procedure and sharing what to expect, each part of the process, what to expect after and how the healing should go, etc. I call it good “bed side manner” if that makes sense. She is very skilled and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during the procedure.

My root canal was painless. Dr El-Refai and the staff are very knowledgeable about the procedures. The Dr and the assistant have great chair side manners and let you know what is going on. The office and exam rooms are a relaxing environment.

It was a pleasant experience! The attention to detail was amazing, from the knowledge of insurance when appointment was made to the detailed plan of action. The "extra" comforts were great, a blanket and sunglasses to block the bright light, also, the beautiful ceiling mural was relaxing and beautiful to look at during my procedure. Very professional, I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. El-Refai was kind and caring.
