Professional and polite. Only one thing that I wish it was less expensive
Dr. El- Refai and staff very professional and friendly and the care I received could not have been better. I have already recommended their office to others.

All the steps of the root canal procedure were explained to me carefully so that I knew what was going to happen. The procedure was not painful for me. All staff and Dr. El-Refai were very nice on each visit.

I was very comfortable and was informed of every step that would be taken. I appreciated being told if I used a card I would be charged a percentage. There were no surprises !

I have an infection in a tooth with a root canal. I was able to immediately get an appt with Dr. El-Refai. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. El-Refai did a thorough exam and suggested a Cone Beam CT Scan and I agreed. Dr. El-Refai explained the results of the scan in such detail that I completely understood what was going on with my tooth. The scan showed a hairline fracture in my tooth.
