The doctor is very knowledgeable, patient and gentle. She explained every step of the procedure. The got me in immediately when I needed them. I highly recommend anyone who needs them!

I have an infection in a tooth with a root canal. I was able to immediately get an appt with Dr. El-Refai. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. El-Refai did a thorough exam and suggested a Cone Beam CT Scan and I agreed. Dr. El-Refai explained the results of the scan in such detail that I completely understood what was going on with my tooth. The scan showed a hairline fracture in my tooth. Having had a past experience with endodontist that was not the best I was a little anxious initially. I was put at ease immediately by Dr. Nivine Y El-Refai and her staff. They were professional but caring. My procedure was explained in detail. Her use of modern technology along with old fashioned compassion was quite impressive. If friends, family or myself ever need this type of dental care again I would not hesitate to use her again. I highly recommend.

Have never had any issues with the level of care from Dr El Refai. She takes the time to explain treatment options and takes the time to answer all questions you may have. Very thorough with examinations to determine what needs to done. The office staff really understands the idea of customer service. They take the time to explain payment options, great job with scheduling and appointment follow ups.
