From day 1 to day 10 we saw improvement in Oreo’s behavior at home. Each day Oreo and I were cheerfully greeted by staff in the morning, and in the afternoons. I liked that Trainer Lina checked in with us daily and would answer any of our questions. You could see in all of the staff a genuine interest in both of our dogs when we visited. I brought my pup to the O'Fallon NLN for training as she is a Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepard mix and will be huge, so it is important I can handle her. She is also the ambassador for my company and will be around people, so she needs to be comfortable. I was immediately impressed by the facility and the entire staff. Our pup is no longer there due to health issues but he loved going 3x a week for the last 3 yrs It was definite his happy place!

Our Louie loves going to camp at No Leash. He plays hard with his friends and come home so sleepy. Everyone there is so sweet and really care for our big boy.

I had never boarded a pup before so I was a little nervous. I am extremely happy to say that our 6 month old golden doodle pup, Maverick had the best care ever! We were gone for 12 days so we incorporated training along with boarding and day care. We got daily updates and several pics every day. Each and every staff member was so kind and caring♥️Thank you all for treating our pup like your own. What a wonderful, professional, skilled facility. My two girls, Sammy and Sophie, have grown up at No Leash Needed. They have developed a special relationship with all the staff. And being Australian Cattle Dogs, they are a handful. I also love that Kyla is always there to give me advice during the difficult times. Without her help I would never have survived my dogs strong willed personalities. She patiently coached me on how to handle their behavior. Showed me how super intelligent and trainable they are. Please take the training courses. They are worth every penny.

My boy Bronx loves going to day camp at No Leash Needed. The staff is so friendly and kind. I had to board him when I had surgery recently for a few days and I was able to add a night on to his boarding without any difficulty and they took great care of him! They sent me photos of him and sent me a report card of how he was doing. We had him bathed before he came home and they did a great job- he was fresh and clean when he was picked up!
