My dogs are like my kids, and I have a high expectation when it comes to their care. I always feel 100% confident leaving my dog with NLN. They’ve also been accommodating when emergencies have arisen. My pup starts to get excited when we make a series of turns and are just blocks away! :) and always a tail wag when she sees her humans at NLN … that speaks volumes. Also their puppy class was a godsend!! Thank you NLN Rock Hill

I cannot say enough as to how wonderful this place is ❤️ I have boarded and he regularly goes to day camp and has been doing so for the last 4 years or so. My little fur baby is possibly one of the smaller pups in day-camp and I am truly so grateful how he is loved and treated by the amazing staff !

My puppy, Jake, started at NLN in the Puppy Preschool. He enjoyed it so much I decided to send him to day camp. Jake loves going to camp, and they love him there! The staff is so friendly and wonderful!! I feel good knowing that Jake is taken good care of while I'm at work.
It is so difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone. When you look up the number to call it's different on Google, the website, etc. I even tried texting the number asking them to call be back and they didn't. I tried to book my dog's day camp reservation online but something was showing overdue. He is up to date on his vaccinations. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone by phone, they "fixed it" and they made my dog's day camp reservation for me over the phone. We paid for our dog to get his nails cut while at daycare and it was not done. He got kennel cough from daycare and when I called to tell them his nails were not cut all I got was, it’s marked as completed, you can bring him in so we can look at them… I can’t bring him in, he has kennel cough now. Plus we’ve been loyal customers so perhaps you just refund me. We’ll now be finding a new daycare/groomer.

Awful! We took our bernedoodle in to get groomed. Paid $100 for him to look the exact same way he did when we dropped him off. I figured they would at least trim around his eyes because his fair was so long he couldn’t see. Nope. Plus they kept out collar. when we texted them about the horrible grooming job they did, they never responded
