We couldn’t leave a voicemail because it was full, and didn’t have a recorded message so we didn’t know if we were calling the correct person. Response time was a little slower than hoped for. Great attitude and positive energy when able to reach.

Nora’s level of communication was amazing. I never felt like I was alone in this. Every step of the way Nora checked in to advise what would be expected of me and when things would be very time sensitive so I could be prepared.
