Nora has great customer service skills. She was very kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Nora always returned my phone calls and was always available to answer my questions.

Nora really went to bat for us towards the end when several of the other entities we were working with dropped the ball. We felt through the entire process that she had our best interest at heart.
Nora was a great and helped us make a our dream home a reality. We are so happy with everything. Our children are loving their new home.
Nora was really kind and great at explaining and walking us through buying our first house. She answered all of our questions and would always keep us up to date on everything.

We couldn’t leave a voicemail because it was full, and didn’t have a recorded message so we didn’t know if we were calling the correct person. Response time was a little slower than hoped for. Great attitude and positive energy when able to reach.
