Nora is a very professional person, and helped us on every question we had during the process of the loan, with a good attitude always. She took her time to answer our calls and emails. We are so glad with the service we got from her.
We had an opened line of communication which added to the ease of buying a home.
Overall I had a wonderful experience working with Nora. There were a few internal issues that were outside of her control that made some parts of the homebuying process frustrating. Nora did great as an individual but I think there are some lacking qualities within the company that if ironed out could smooth out this process for future homebuyers. A more centralized hub of information in some of these case would have alleviated my frustrations greatly.
Nora was very pleasant to work with. She kept me in the know gave me updates told me what to expect from beginning to finish and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Nora to family friends and coworkers.
