Overall I had a wonderful experience working with Nora. There were a few internal issues that were outside of her control that made some parts of the homebuying process frustrating. Nora did great as an individual but I think there are some lacking qualities within the company that if ironed out could smooth out this process for future homebuyers. A more centralized hub of information in some of these case would have alleviated my frustrations greatly.
