Really bad experience because we do not know the process of loan and as a new home buyer loan officer's responsibly to let us what we need to do and last minute buyer finds out we are not getting loan and loan officer never reply with timely manners.

Nora did not seem knowledgeable in her work. I had to correct her multiple times throughout the process. She constantly gave us different and incorrect information. I would recommend she be given further instruction on VA home loans.

It would have been better if I didn’t have Nora as our loan officer. I had to refuse to work with her after she got very hateful with me. Nora, has horrible customer service skills. She doesn’t like it when a customer asks her questions or asks for her to explain something. She didn’t want to communicate through text or email, she would mainly call me. Due to miscommunications and errors, I have to redo my loan paperwork, have my credit run again, and take additional time to sign documents. There needed to be more transparent communication as to what required items KB did and didn't complete before moving forward with my loan paperwork.
