Nora Ziel is terrific. She is the most knowledgeable lender with whom we have ever worked. As soon as we contacted her, she immediately got to work and kept us informed from the beginning to the end of the process. Nora was an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, knowledgable and organized. She was always available to take our calls and helped us close our loan very quickly. She was also able to clearly answer all of our questions and we really felt like she had our best interest in mind. We'd highly recommend her!

I contacted this lender in good faith and after they ran my credit, they would not even let me know what type of loan I would qualify for which was the whole point of getting prequalified. This entire experience was disappointing. When I expressed my frustration to this lender, no apology was made and they did not attempt to assure me that they would get me the information I needed.
