I contacted this lender in good faith and after they ran my credit, they would not even let me know what type of loan I would qualify for which was the whole point of getting prequalified. This entire experience was disappointing. When I expressed my frustration to this lender, no apology was made and they did not attempt to assure me that they would get me the information I needed.
