My family is in town from New Orleans for Hurricane Ida and my wife's Mazda was in need of an oil change. Even though they were very busy before a holiday weekend they took care of us quickly and the customer service was excellent!
Alex was amazing! He was able to get my car in & let me use a loaner until it was fixed. Can’t say enough good things about him! It also did not take long until I was able to get my car back. Awesome job!
Just done with my first six-month car service appointment at this location. Friendly service guys and neat environment, quick and efficient service with a free carwash after service. If you see a Volve mark, yes you are at the right location. The only thing made me not quite comfortable and left a two-star is they did a $38.88 tire rotation on my only 1,154mile car. And I was told in the end when I went to pay. As the only Mazda dealership and service center in Memphis area, really hope they can be more honest to the service... read more
