We had a so-so and not-so-great experience at Norcross Mazda of Memphis. We’re happy because we got the car we wanted, but that’s it! The sales consultant who assisted us was not really helpful, friendly, and accommodating—he seemed irritated every time we had questions or concerns. When we test-drove the car, he didn’t talk at all, we even felt that he didn’t want to sell the car or something. On the other hand, the manager—Marcus, was great and amazing!
service department is difficult to communicate with unless you go sit in front of the counter. call backs non existent.
My vehicle was in their shop for MANUFACTURER DEFECTS for over a month. They scammed my mom out of a new battery for my car and also charger her $100 more than what the quote was before they began the service. They didn’t have a loaner available for the entire month and every time i called i was directed to a voicemail that was full or unable to talk to anyone.
