I have had the absolute best experience with this company! I had three technicians come out to my house for plumbing work— Jerome, Jesse and Armando. The work/assessments spanned a couple days and every time they showed up to my residence they were polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had a new heat pump installed and the team From Norfolk heating And air were superb. I was so impressed with everything. They were very kind and personable. They were confident and competent… they cleaned up after they were finished. They were so respectful of my plants surrounding the outdoor unit that I cannot say enough things about how great they were.

My heater went out and it was the high of 34 that day. Within a few hours we were able to get Gordon out from Norfolk air and he was able to explain what was wrong and was able to fix it within the hour. We had heat back on by mid day! Thank you very much again Gordon!!! 10/10

Had a plumbing issue that needed to be repaired ASAP. Plumber Jerome Z responded. He was very professional and skilled although also personable & courteous. Upon arrival, he immediately began working and quickly completed the job. Highly skilled, Jerome delivered quality work. His commitment to repair the task made him a great plumber. I would highly recommend Jerome to anyone. I will request him in the future whenever necessary.

I called Norfolk heating and air based on the reviews. Our technician was Jacob he was professional and polite as well as on time . He assessed the situation, and we discussed options and pricing. We were able to get our sink fixed right away, and I am very pleased with the service from him as well as the office. The pricing was reasonable The service was five star we will continue to use them when needed and recommend them.
