RecommendedToday was my first experience with Norfolk Plumbing, and it was a great one. Ridge and another gentleman from the company came by to fix a leaking toilet for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly to fix the problem, cleaned up after themselves and were both very pleasant and personable. They also had a lot of patience with my dog, Bailey, who insisted on trying to "help" them.

Ruth in the office responded quickly to my initial request for a quote to replace my water heater. As soon as I sent the pictures she requested she got back to me with a quote and we were able to schedule the installation the very same week. Mike and Will installed a new water heater this morning. Can't say enough about Norfolk Plumbing! NPI is a family owned and operated LOCAL company. They have been there for us when we had a gas leak, when we needed a sump pump installed to divert water from pooling under our house, installing new plumbing for our pool bar/bathroom and fixing leaking toilets. They are completely professional, arriving within the designated time frame and their prices are fair. They will not gouge you or perform unnecessary work. We have an older house (80+) and have used Norfolk Plumbing twice. Both times we had Josh & Brian come out. They went above and beyond to make certain that the job was done correctly. Once was working on an issue with the main drain line outside in the pouring rain. I would highly recommend Norfolk Plumbing.

Ruth is the best! She knew exactly what was going on with my plumbing issues and gave me great advise until a tech could get here. Alex the tech was extremely polite and professional! They took care of it within 45 minutes and had charged me the minimum! Highly recommend!!
