Norfolk Plumbing was great!!! Friendly customer service on the phone and Alex who came to take care of my plumbing issue was awesome!! We had Norfolk Plumbing come to our house to move our Laundry room to the second floor which I have to say was a scary thought of its own. They did an amazing job made it very easy for us. We had Alex come He and his assistant who were both very professional, efficient and polite. They are the only plumbers we will use! Karen Watson

Today was my first experience with Norfolk Plumbing, and it was a great one. Ridge and another gentleman from the company came by to fix a leaking toilet for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly to fix the problem, cleaned up after themselves and were both very pleasant and personable. They also had a lot of patience with my dog, Bailey, who insisted on trying to "help" them.

Ruth in the office responded quickly to my initial request for a quote to replace my water heater.
