Ashley who handles their customer service calls is as completely disrespectful as she is unhelpful. Would not recommend. This place is never on time and does not call prior to a job, save for calling at the 1 min prior to the end of a 4 hour waiting period. I should bill YOU for the time you have wasted out of my day.
The manager Ms. Ruth has terrible customer service! Attempted to resolve issue with owner and she hung up on me! Do not recommend this company. I repeat, I do not recommend this company! Contacted company over 2 weeks ago in regard to replacement of my Kitchen faucet. Representative informed me it would be replaced in 2 days and as of today (2weeks later) it has not been repaired/replaced. When owner took the call to address issue she immediately informed me that she had payroll to do. Really?!?
