Norfolk Plumbing was great!!! Friendly customer service on the phone and Alex who came to take care of my plumbing issue was awesome!! He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to fix my plumbing problem after another company could not. I will definitely be using Norfolk Plumbing from here on out.
We had Norfolk Plumbing come to our house to move our Laundry room to the second floor which I have to say was a scary thought of its own. They did an amazing job made it very easy for us. They Put in garbage disposal, clean and neat job... they did a great job, will use again, second time using them....
Today was my first experience with Norfolk Plumbing, and it was a great one. Ridge and another gentleman from the company came by to fix a leaking toilet for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly to fix the problem, cleaned up after themselves and were both very pleasant and personable. They also had a lot of patience with my dog, Bailey, who insisted on trying to "help" them.
Will and Shamarr came out and fixed 2x problems easily within an hour. Great job, will use again.

Ruth in the office responded quickly to my initial request for a quote to replace my water heater. As soon as I sent the pictures she requested she got back to me with a quote and we were able to schedule the installation the very same week. Mike and Will installed a new water heater this morning. Can't say enough about Norfolk Plumbing! NPI is a family owned and operated LOCAL company. They have been there for us when we had a gas leak, when we needed a sump pump installed to divert water from pooling under our house, installing new plumbing for our pool bar/bathroom and fixing leaking toilets. They are completely professional, arriving within the designated time frame and their prices are fair. They will not gouge you or perform unnecessary work.
