RecommendedI called last week after I saw a recommendation from a friend of mine. I was scheduled for an appointment today for three issues that were plaguing me. Mike was the plumber that came. He was super friendly, super quick, and explained everything. Mike walked in ready to work! He definitely wasn't trying to run up the hourly charges like some less reputable companies do. All three problems were quickly solved! Five stars for the company and six stars for Mike!!!
This company is amazing. I called them when my cat got trapped in the walls of my apartment. They came out on their own time to help me immediately even though it wasn't a plumbing emergency. They were very kind and resulted in saving my cat who had been trapped for 24+ hours! I've also used them for plumbing emergencies and issues in the past. They're efficient, helpful and always very kind. They airways fix the issue in a timely manner. I love them.
Thank you so much to Alex and his assistant for promptly responding to a late call on a Sunday evening! My 92 year old father is in the hospital and my family was in town staying in his home. We had a plumbing disaster which was cleared up quickly by such a courteous and efficient team! First class operation! Thank you!!!
