I couldn’t say enough about this company. I woke up to a leaking hot water heater in my attic. I called Norfolk plumbing and they had mark and Robert out within two hours. We were prepared for the absolute worst only to find out one of my pipes had burst. The guys replaced the pipes within an hour very inexpensively. I would highly recommend them.

Our main drain from the house stopped up at 11:00 Christmas Eve. Norfolk Plumbing had someone at my house in 20 minutes and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Outstanding people, outstanding company!
I called last week after I saw a recommendation from a friend of mine. I was scheduled for an appointment today for three issues that were plaguing me. Mike was the plumber that came. He was super friendly, super quick, and explained everything. Mike walked in ready to work! He definitely wasn't trying to run up the hourly charges like some less reputable companies do. All three problems were quickly solved! Five stars for the company and six stars for Mike!!!
This company is amazing. I called them when my cat got trapped in the walls of my apartment. They came out on their own time to help me immediately even though it wasn't a plumbing emergency. They were very kind and resulted in saving my cat who had been trapped for 24+ hours! I've also used them for plumbing emergencies and issues in the past. They're efficient, helpful and always very kind. They airways fix the issue in a timely manner. I love them.
