You are decisive and a good explainer. No wishy washy “maybe we can do this or that”. We are a good fit. I understand you have patients that need your attention, and I’m a check in once in awhile to make sure I haven’t gone off the rails patient.
Dr. East is so easy to talk to and very thorough in answering my questions. He is a very nice man.

Checked in at 0940 for a 1000am appointment. Was called in for my appointment at 1120 when reception noticed I was still in the waiting room. After that all went well
