I really appreciated how friendly and thorough the staff was! I was very impressed by Dr. East! He took time to get my background and ask questions before explaining what I am dealing with. He made sure I totally understand the causes and treatments available for my condition. He kept eye contact, even while putting his report on the laptop. I will certainly recommend him.
Been waiting 3 weeks to be informed of the test results of a complete lung testing procedure. In the past, the test results were available in a matter of a couple of hours. When questioned about why the weeks delay in the results, the Dr.'s office responds with 'pending'.
