I was there from November to January 2023 and had a wonderful experience, when i think of my time spent there i have good memories. All the staff were great, good food and i was treated great.

With the changes in healthcare since COVID I was nervous about what kind of care my brother would get in a setting like this. As a retired OT and having worked in many similar facilities, I was very grateful for how kind and helpful EVERY member of staff that I engaged with from CNA's, IT and Executive Director. No one gave the impression that my questions or needs were too much or not welcome, and they were handled on the spot! As always, you need to be your own advocate.

Sandeep and her team took really good care of my mom. I couldn't thank them enough, my mother had the best care there. She came home smiling and ready to walk all on her own.! for someone who is Cambodian and respect the culture so much, I felt like I was disrespectful to my mom for taking her to North cascade rehab. I don't want to leave her under the care of strangers, but Sandeep made sure we were taken care of.! thank you all so much for the kind love and support you have given and shown my mom.!

Recently visited the facility. The staff were very happy and helpful. The facility was upgraded and clean. Very large rooms with lovely views. The place smelled great! The residents looked well cared for. I would recommend them!

Impressed when visiting a sorority sister. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Even saw pets on the second floor. If I was sick this would be the place.

North Cascades is EXcellent! The staff is attentive, kind, job conscious, loving to their clients, clean facility. Thanks so much for taking such great care of my mom and our Oma. Miss Aly loves all of you there and we do too.

I have no idea why another reviewer would give North Cascade a one star review. My mother was under the care of the staff there for nearly two years until her recent passing. To a person, they could have not been more kind and attentive. I know this for a fact because I visited my mother three times per week over the two year period. When you visit the facility, you will find it is always clean, never smells bad and the staff are in constant motion while serving residents needs. Visiting to see the facilities is one thing (they put on a good show), but moving in a loved one is another. I want to start with that there were at least 3 care givers at North Cascades that were amazing. The rest were not so good including the woman who was supposed to be fielding and solving family/patient issues. Issues such as neglect of patients immediate needs and keeping the facility clean. The worst thing they left our loved one in completely filled depends (#1&2) for hours on end. You could smell him coming down... read more
