I can't say enough good things about this place, the team and Dr Rachel!!!! Always exceed expectations! We had to let our 16 year old pup go yesterday and NCPH made the experience so peaceful and compassionate. Our other 4 pups will stay with Dr Rachel and her team! Thank you for everything!
The best animal care team... EVER. I first experienced Dr. Rachel when my best friend lost both his Dobermans within 7 months of each other and I went with him to their final visits. The team was EXTREMELY sympathetic, kind, and understanding... making that time the easiest they could with the situation at hand. I recently adopted a kitty and I've had to bring her in for a handful of things over the past few months (upper respiratory infection, booster shots, ear infection, etc) and each time, the staff has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Both Dr. Smith and Dr. Wilson have seen my Cassie and they are both so nice and are so sweet to deal with my "helicopter" cat-mom status. Im loyal for life after the care we have received. You just cant go wrong here from front desk to vets...excellent is not enough to cover it. They are helping us through a difficult time with a senior pet and they understand its family. I would recommend them to anyone. We have cats and dogs and they do it all!
