RecommendedFiancé just got done taking our cat here for her first check-up. He had a time crunch because he had work that he had to get to shortly. He let them know that and they kept pressing to do a blood test even though he said we would have to do it next time. Additionally, they never said that it had to get done when i made the appointment on the phone so it was an extra $50 we weren't expecting to pay today. And now he was late to his job...

I've had a litany of issues with this business. Scheduling mishap (on their part) My older pup was VERY sore after simple inoculation (couldn't go in w/ her due to Covid) Checking in, the tech was mistaken what my dogs were coming in for. For as overstaffed as the front desk is, they are often not sure what is happening. Long weight times for simple visits. Chronically late for appointments. I CANNOT recommend this place & will be finding new vet ASAP
Not only are they overpriced but they have absolutely awful service. Staff is rude and unprofessional no matter how nice to them I am. Based on these other reviews sounds like I'm not the only one with this issue. I will never bring my pets here.
