AMAZING care and great customer service. Prices are very reasonable too. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I bring all of my puppies here for vet checks before going to their forever families. I even drive an hour each way just to bring them to this vet because their care is excellent and worth the drive.
Dr Brown is a wonderful Vet! We are so grateful for his clincial expertise as well as his compassion for our beloved pets. From the moment of walking into the office the entire staff makes us feel welcome while greeting our pets with care and concern. We have been clients of NEPH for nearly 20 years and wouldn't dream of taking our kids anywhere else.
I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else. The Doctors and staff are just like family!

Dr. Brown and his staff are very caring individuals. Our little Joey has progressive heart disease and the staff are always there when we need them. I know that they will always have our dog's best interest and trust in the care they provide.
All of the staff at North End Pet Hospital are super supportive and always about practical solutions. We have been taking our animals there since the mid 80's and consider Dr. Volmer and Dr. Brown our kitty "GP's".

Efficient, competent and caring, just what you want in your pets' vet, not necessarily in that order. North End staff recently helped us say good-bye to an old and beloved dog, and then helped us welcome our new pup into the family. They were stellar at both.
