RecommendedI brought my cat there today for a physical checkup and vaccinations. They received his records from the previous vet and let me know he needed an updated vaccination in 2021, but it wouldn't cause any problems to have it done today, so we went ahead with it. I appreciated the consideration. Usually my cat is quite distressed before, during and after a vet appointment, but he's very relaxed and home right now, no big deal. Oh! This is a great vet hospital. Everyone there is very professional and always make your pets health a priority. I would definitely recommend North End.
They are amazing! Everyone was so helpful even when my terror pup had enough and didn’t want to leave his travel home. They had a mini harness to help avoid bites and kept on with his exam which eased my nerves so much. We had been pretty traumatized by our previous vet and this wonderful team made us both feel taken care of. AMAZING care and great customer service. Prices are very reasonable too. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I bring all of my puppies here for vet checks before going to their forever families. I even drive an hour each way just to bring them to this vet because their care is excellent and worth the drive.
Dr Brown is a wonderful Vet! We are so grateful for his clincial expertise as well as his compassion for our beloved pets. From the moment of walking into the office the entire staff makes us feel welcome while greeting our pets with care and concern. We have been clients of NEPH for nearly 20 years and wouldn't dream of taking our kids anywhere else.
I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else. The Doctors and staff are just like family!

Dr. Brown and his staff are very caring individuals. Our little Joey has progressive heart disease and the staff are always there when we need them. I know that they will always have our dog's best interest and trust in the care they provide.
