RecommendedDr Brown is a wonderful Vet! We are so grateful for his clincial expertise as well as his compassion for our beloved pets. From the moment of walking into the office the entire staff makes us feel welcome while greeting our pets with care and concern. We have been clients of NEPH for nearly 20 years and wouldn't dream of taking our kids anywhere else.

RecommendedEfficient, competent and caring, just what you want in your pets' vet, not necessarily in that order. North End staff recently helped us say good-bye to an old and beloved dog, and then helped us welcome our new pup into the family. They were stellar at both.
This place has helped me with all of my dogs special needs - she finds herself in some really silly situations and they have been very helpful, even over the phone.
