We had an appointment at 11. Arrived at 10:55 and began calling to alert them that we had arrived. It took more than ten minutes of constant calling to be able to break through the busy signal. At 11:35, I called again to see why our dog had not been picked up. I was told we would be next. We watched two other animals be picked up from the parking lot, and no one came for our dog. At 11:45 after waiting in a hot car for nearly an hour, someone FINALLY came to pick up our dog. They have never had great customer servi... read more

Tanya, we know your time is valuable and can assure you we make every effort to see clients in a timely manner. Emergency cases also take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. We always try to communicate our wait times to the best of our ability. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and are always open to feedback and suggestions.

I would normally recommend this place since I’ve been going there for the last 15 years. They take many precautions during this time, but they now are refusing to do anal expressions, which my dog gets once a month. I called to get one and they won’t do it. My dog is miserable and offered no alternatives for her. They were, at one point, coming to your car and taking the pet in, and you wait in the car. I think they are taking this a bit far now. Very disappointed in them. Their pricing on meds are also through the roof. I w... read more

I'm very disappointed. I LOVED this vet. Despite being a bit of a drive for me I started coming here because they served bunnies. They were so great with him I started bringing my elderly cat in whom they were also wonderful with. He has since passed and then I got a kitten. The fees for the kitten have been outrageous. So today it was time to get her spayed. I get up at 7am to get her there on time and had a limited window before having to drive my mother to the airport. I had called 2 times to book this appointment because... read more

Waited 50 minutes until I had to hunt down a tech to see what was taking so long. (Nobody informed me of anything). Then the tech yells down the hall, “Girl is complaining in room #”. I should have walked out then, but I didn’t because there was ONE tech who decided to come talk to me and she was nice. When the vet came in she seemed frazzled and says, this is your first time here right? I’m like NO! You treated my pet before. She was clueless and had our file right in front of her. Needless to say, I definitely won’t be goi... read more

My Allie died this evening when we needed you to see her I was turned away ! I promise you I will let everyone know how you turned us away that she couldn't be seen because You were closing you made me drive in rush hour to another vet I have been with you for many years and I will never forget the non compassion your office were to me and Allie !! I will never bring in another animal to your office and I will let everyone I know how we were treated !!

Business response:

Colette, we are truly sorry for your loss. When you called our hospital and we recommended the emergency hospital, it was in the best interest of Allie, as it would have taken longer for our doctor to return and be able to see her. Our number one priority is to offer the best possible care for our patients, and sometimes that means referring them to where they can receive the treatment they need. We know this is an extremely difficult time and please know you and your family are in our thoughts.

If I could do less than a star I would. My parents have been customers here for years. Today their dog had an emergency during office hours but towards the end of the day. Instead of being able to rush their dog to their vet which was closest we were told to rush the dog to an emergency vet miles away. This is pathetic. The vet I have has helped me in every situation regardless of what time it was. If you use this vet you better hope and pray your dog doesn't need anything but scheduled care.

Business response:

Megan, we know what a difficult time this is for you and your family. We are sorry for your loss but can assure you all recommendations were made in Allie’s best interest in hopes of getting the fastest treatment possible.
