I've dealt with other dealerships that I had to stand and wait for minutes without anyone acknowledging me. But not North Park Toyota. As soon as I pulled up someone immediately took care of me

I use this dealership as it is the closest to my home and that’s it. I was very disappointed with being told an hour for additional services and then actually waiting almost 3.5 hours, just be honest with time, I also watched my vehicle get pulled into the maintenance bay and I watched while it sat for hours, a young guy was more interested in chatting with other techs than doing the quick flushes and adding liquids that I approved.
