EXCELLENT SERVICE I always receive EXCELLENT SERVICE with the service department all staff is very friendly and service advisor Michael Cisneros is very helpful, provides great customer service to me and to all other customers and makes sure that he keeps me updated on all the needs of my vehicle. At times I have called to make an appointment at the last minute and Mr. Cisneros always accommodates my schedule.

Awesome experience I had an awesome experience at NPT. The reason why I decided to go do my oil change that my truck already needed at the time is because they send me an awesome certificate for a discount by text, and that really helps alot. I like going there very much because of the complimentary coffee and popcorn they have while waiting and the complimentary wash.

Excellent Service Prompt attention by service personnel. The process from beginning to end.was very efficient. Very happy with overall service. Furthermore, I wasn’t aware that my vehicle would be washed and vacuumed. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
