Service of vehicle I took my Highlander in for the 25,000 mile check and Michel Lopez explained everything to me. I did some extra things and he was very good about explaining everything.

Great job by the Service Dept.! The service department is top notch. They always do their best to get me in ASAP, with or without an appointment. My service advisor, Fred Duron, does an outstanding job at communicating with me what needs to get serviced with my vehicle and follows through with those recommendations. You can go somewhere else and maybe pay less to get your service done, but then you'll have to live with it. Thanks for all you do! -Joe Reyes

Woo woo sound resolved I travel a lot and need my car in top condition. When I noticed an unusual woo woo sound I stopped by North Park Toyota where I normally have my car serviced. I was greeted as I drove up by a friendly tech and Paco came over immediately to assist. He remembered me from a previous visit and called me by name. Paco had Louis the master service tech check my car out and he found the problem. Paco explained the problem and said Louis could do the repairs same day. Wow!
