Service managers and advisors are 100 but actual service being done is subpar. Things easily forgotten could result into actions being taken.
The service has improved and experience with having vehicles serviced at dealership. Will have vehicle serviced here again.

Highly recommend Samantha as your next salesperson. She knew her stuff on the truck I wanted and purchase and made a deal for me that I was very happy with. In all it was one of the quickest car buying experiences I have ever had. Can’t say enough good things about North Park Toyota.
The service advisor was great but the ending was very unprofessional. The 3 percent surcharge at a dealership this size is very surprising especially whom they are own by. Finally my vehicle was t parked where they normally park them when completed. I asked a team member wearing a blue shirt and this is where all the service came to a stop. He seemed to be bothered just because I asked him.
