Enjoyable low-stress buying experience, excellent service from Eddie in sales and Juan in finance. They got me the car I wanted at a fair price and processed everything quickly and easily. I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Easy online scheduling, took 15 min for service advisor to meet me at my car on the service drive, TV in waiting room buffered contstantly and only showed 15 year old “Deal or No Deal” episodes on a loop and a big sign saying not to switch channel. Some rocking chairs were nice, although old and worn. Other furniture were wooden chairs and tables. Snack bar offered free popcorn and items for sale. Soda fountain was broken. I was very pleased with my service today. Oscar Ramirez was very helpful and advised other services that Alamo Toyota said I rejected but they never asked me about them I score Oscar 5 on all categories. And I am pleased with the dealership.
