The experience was great from drive up, greeting, explaining of the service, the price and the drive away with a smile in my family's face. Very Grateful and Thankful for North Park Toyota and Axel taking care of their customers.
The mechanic was knowledgeable but it took 5hr 30 minutes to wait. My car didn't get into the workshop until about 3 hours.
