Excellent service I was greeted by a friendly staff member then helped within a very reasonable time frame. I was constantly updated on my car’s progress and what exactly was being done. I was offered various extra services and told the prices. Rafat was very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Professional, Attention to Detail I'm happy with my most recent visit to Northpark Toyota because Michael the Service Advisor helped me out greatly. What was an initial request to check my tire pressure quickly became a full inspection of my tires and 2 of my tires were unfit for the road so Michael ordered in new tires for me and got both replaced, cleaned and washed my car, and broke everything down to me. Purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra Purchased an used vehicle, but wasnt happy. Tonia Eub anks(Manager) worked diligently to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle purchased. I end up buying a new Tundra from Mike Richardson. He was knowledgeable and patient with my buying process. Would recommend or buy from again
