Oue "NEW" 2012 Highlander We were MOST pleased with the personal interest and fine efforts put forth by James Caraway, and ALSO with the personalship and spirit of customer focused attitude displayed by Blaine. We WERE, on the other hand, disappointed that the DETAILERS did such a below average job on the front compartment of the car, and the safety issues not reported or corrected by the Service personnel almost caused us to annul the whole thing.
