Went for 2 year check up As soon as I drove into the repair shop an attendant greeted me. Within 10 minutes Michael, who I scheduled my appointment came out to greet me. He was very polite and explained what would be done to my vehicle. He showed me the way to the waiting room. I was there approximately one hour. During this time Michael communicated with me via text. I was impressed with the service and attention given to customers. Always a pleasant experience.
Great service by Mr. Cipriano From beginning to end seamless experience. All expectations were met and exceeded with a no pressure serve the customer delivery. Shopped around for better pricing and never found it. North Park Toyota took care of my family’s needs.
