5k Service Quick service, good summary, thorough inspection, lovely facility, Michael Cisneros was great and took good care of me. Gave me an update of when I'll need to come back and that gives me peace of mind.
NP Toyota's Service is THE Best North Park Toyota's service department is the best. They are very professional and fast. They provide great service. Originally I thought about servicing my car at another Toyota dealership but NPT was very accommodating to me and my needs.
I had a very good experience while their at North Park. My vehicle taken in for service on my brakes. Mr. Flores was very attentive and had my vehicle ckeckes. Mr. Flores and the staff were very helpful.

Great Service!! Yvette in the Service Department is the BEST!!! I took the car in as the "maintenance required" light had come on, I also told her that my family is planning a vacation in that vehicle. She was able to get the inspected and now I have peace of mind.
