new car sale Bought a 2018 RAV4.Felt like the deal was fair and really only took less than 30 minutes. I've been dealing with North Park Toyota for years and in particular with Joe Hernandez. He's one of the main reasons I keep returning.
The service I got from Michael C. was excellent This was our first servicing of my wife's car since we bought the car the service was good the wait was no that long. I drove all the way from Lockhart, Texas to have the car serviced to make the wife happy. I'm retired and she is still working but she is happy with her Camry. Till the next time keep up the good work.
Excellent as always! We have been coming here for several years and as always the service has been excellent. We have been to 3 other dealerships and nothing even compares to the service we have received here. Martin, the service adviser, Luis,the financial adviser, and most of all Richard Schott, salesman, have provided quality service that we have not received anywhere else. I don’t know but the working environment just seems different there. Kudos to Richard Schott who ,as always, makes us feel welcome.
Lots of overdue maintenance done in a timely manner Great experience nice friendly staff work was done in a timely manner. The place is always so clean and chairs are so comfortable while waiting you have to sit for a while. Person comes out and keeps you updated. If you have to leave your vehicle you are provided with a ride home.
Oil change Martin is awesome. Super attentive. Customers for life. All around just a great dealer. The quality of service is 2nd ro none. Comfortable waiting room.
Service for my Tacoma I have been to other dealers here in San Antonio, I left feeling ripped off and feeling like I did not get what i over paid for. I really like having my truck services at North Park Toyota. They get me in and out and I feel like I only paid for what I needed, not what they wanted to sell me. Price, less is always better. However, I paid for what I received, I cannot ask for anything more .
Excellent care When I first moved into the area two years ago, I had to find a new dealership to service my vehicle. There were several to chose from, but I chose North Park. Now I need no other! I'm VERY happy with them!
