Fast, Friendly and Efficient I scheduled my 56,000 k appointment on line and arrived 30 minutes earlier unaware of the time, but was taken in immediately by "Bear" the service manager. I expressed my concerns and Bear assured me he would address them within 1.5 hrs, I was out the door. This visit rates high marks since I was in and out as promised. Great Service! Honest & Reputable Dealership is on the Southwest side of San Antonio off 35 South & 410. Great Customer Service with comfortable waiting areas and complimentary refreshments. Great Kids Play Area helps keep my little guy entertained during service. They always listen to customer concerns and address issues appropriately. Extended Family has purchased 7 vehicles.
